Environment of Global Human Resource Management

Global Staffing Steps

 1. Schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager to better assess the required candidate profile. During this conversation we define the specific skills, traits and abilities required to effectively perform the positions duties and responsibilities, along with the experience level and associated job qualifications required and desired.
2. Make sourcing contacts directly with candidates that we believe meet the position requirements. We confidentially network through our local, regional and international contacts to identify candidates that meet the criteria established in step 1
3. Prescreen initial list of candidates through telephone interviews and present the top candidates for consideration. It is critical to the process that we receive prompt feedback on submitted candidates. The initial feedback will help us to further refine a benchmark candidate profile.
4. Assist you in scheduling phone interviews to narrow the field and schedule face to face interviews with final candidates. We can also provide additional value-added services such as booking and paying for candidate travel to/from interviews. Please inquire for additional information on the terms of these services.
5. Verbally present and negotiate employment offer and start date.
6. Once candidate has verbally accepted, present written offer letter to be signed by candidate. As a third party with significant experience in such matters, we can facilitate the offer/acceptance process or work with you to do so.

Periodic telephone consultations and benchmarking (your schedule permitting) help ensure the timely exchange of pertinent information.
